  4. My heart goes out to his loved ones & may he rest in peace. This is probably to do with his heart condition I'm not sure until maybe autopsy is carried out on him, but so many walk around not knowing they're not healthy. We need to check what we consume & go for regular health checks especially if you're overweight. Dr W

  10. 50 cents was right then... Life is too short, so we must all prepare... It's not a matter of being suicidal.. It's just facing reality on ground
29 is too young, however I hope he lived a meaningful life and also pray that God gives his family the fortitude to bear the loss..
Hmmmm .... In ALL things we must give thanks

  11. Sad news.RIP Nero.
It's high time Nigerians started looking after their health. That you are young doesn't mean that you can't suddenly die.And before you start being superstitious over this young man's death, please take a moment and ask yourself how much you have neglected your health.
There is too much Carbs/Fats in our daily diet...Lack of exercise...unhealthy lifestyle...and very wrong eatng habit. The effects???Diabetics,HBP,Obesity etc....These are well known facts...You don't ave to wait till you fall sick to prevent illness and sudden death.
Go and check your health, blood pressure, cholesterol,Heart, lungs etc....We are eating and inhaling too much poison in this town.Guys, take your health seriously....It's pathetic.
I was home this Xmas holiday - It was all about cars, clothes and stupid vain things for our youths.Everybody competing on who wears the best clothes, uses the best phones, drives the best money etc....but none ever took any time to actually go check their health history. You see a 35 yrs old young man/lady with full size and robust belle..fat everywhere.Gosh....At 35? What happens by the time you are 65?Then you use the money you have saved all your life to treat diabetics and HBP whe you could have saved yourself in your youth.

Sudden death is not for the old. It could happen to anybody. Go and check your health history, find out how your grand parents died, how your parents lived or are living and make effort to change your lifestyle for a healthy YOU.

  12. That is horrible and eiry at the same time. They were still mourning one person only for another to die? How sad. Maybe they used his life to buy back some1 else's. The 2nd day of the new year! He was probably thanking God on the nite of the 31st into the 1st that he crossed over safely. Smh

  18. RIP. Anybody can die at anytime. At a burial was rather strange... I don't attend burial ceremonies unless I have to. Some people should not. I won't say more than that.

  19. TO MY FELLOW NIGERIANS,

Start taking your health seriously. I'm tired of hearing, no sign of illness or the person was even dancing and laughing that same day but he/she died suddenly. The truth about it, you don't have to be physically ill, where you can't walk anymore to take your health seriously. Go for check ups, and try to eat healthy. Hypertension, diabetes, high blood pressure, low blood sugar kills people softly.

Too bad the healthcare system in Nigeria is rubbish. The best way to keep yourself healthy in underdeveloped countries like Nigeria is through what you eat. I will say eating certain vegetables, fruits, and sometimes drinking herbal tea is accessible and will go a long way.

STOP ASSUMING AND BE OVERCONFIDENT ABOUT YOUR HEALTH, IT'S NOT GUARANTEED.
