    ReplyDelete
  30. i wonder how some people become actors.seriously it appalling..in this modern age and time an actress still dresses like this.. to call her a village girl is an insult to the girls in the village. SMH

  42. Linda, u don yawa. How u go say u like her hair. Her weave looks dry, and unkept. Linda, u are a troublemaker and not a honest person.

  43. oh my God!wat is dis??she looks like some woman from the water.. all dis goddess tins...dt hair is terrifying :'(

    ReplyDelete
  44. I am through with this unrefined woman. She is too old to be joking like this. Next!

@ Anonymous December 12, 2011 6:43 PM. The person said why can't people wear 12-16 inch weaves. I agree! Those lengths look much better. It is obvious that she looks like a clown with this much hair on her head.

It's usually the unkempt oyinbos that wear their hair this long. Meanwhile, black women just overdo this weave lengths because it's not their very own. *That texture naturally cannot grow out of our scalps.* They buy it, sew it on their heads and end up looking foolish. It is sad. A civilized woman will never wear this much hair on her head. It looks tacky! It doesn't look real, practical, and you will never be taken seriously just like this actress under discussion.

  46. My hubby & queen grew up in d same neighbourhood in Enugu. whenever he sees her on tv,he lafs himself to tears. She's been an Mgbeke frm d word go so I'm not even surprised. I'm told dat de boys dat didn't have enuff liver to toast the hot chicks were usually advised to go for Queen. She's not that bad afterall, she just needs to tk it easy.
No need tryin too hard. For me,less is always more

  48. it is obvious that weaves have now become a security blanket for our females...nija women have luscious beautiful hair..and the humidity of the country makes hair grow and retain moisture....the obsession with ridiculously long manes is startling!!! it looks very tacky and totally not cute...

  50. @ omalicha,

Thank you o. I grew up in naija before I came to the states. i had long, full, thick manageable hair and all I did was braid it and just pack it in a ponytail. So, the obsession with wigs, weaves that has come over naija women now is disturbing. If anything, they should be able to grow healthy hair more in naija.

Their hair looks so untidy underneath, it's scary. Take care of your hair and give the Indians and Brazillans back their hair.
