Music Star MC Loph (Osondi Owendi) dies in Fatal Auto Crash

The Nigerian Entertainment industry has suffered another devastating loss. Mc Loph, (real name Nwaozo Obiajulu) of the Osondi Owendi fame, is dead.

He died in a car accident along the Benin/Ore road some hours ago on his way to his traditional wedding in the east. He was the one driving...and I hear his fiancee was also with him...

Photo on the right is his wrecked car...had to cut his corpse out of the picture. What a sad loss. May his soul rest in peace, amen.

  9. The government has to do something about this deadly road. I don't live in Nigeria and I have heard so much about this road. It is the same road that Hon. Patrick Obahiagbon was talking about on you tube where he said the road is in a state of "Anomy". The people of Nigeria need to Stand up against the decay of infrastructure in Nigeria.

This is a message to everyone, Christ is coming soon, the sooner u decide for him the better. Death is inevitable visitor that awaits everyone. You n i must receive d visitor but where do you go after death is the big question.
Everyone should know this by the life we live now.
To me, to live is Christ and to die is gain. You don't fear death except you have not made peace with Christ. Is a visitor you must not turn down.
CONSIDER THIS PIECE AND INVITE CHRIST TO YOUR LIVE IF YOU HAVE NOT DONE SO, OR IF YOU ARE NOT SURE OF YOUR SALVATION AS CHRIST RETURNS.

  40. @Linda, I know you are under pressure to 'break' with important news as they happen but is there any way you can soften the blow especially if he has really close family who haven't heard? I know it's a difficult call to make I'm not trying to be too hard on you, I'm a fan.

You could start by saying e.g. 'it appears he may have had an accident but I'll provide further news as time goes on'. Putting up the picture of the accident is way too early (even tho I must commend you for editing out his body').

if you are not killed by accident as result of bad road, you might be kidnapped by criminals and probably end up being killed or attacked by armed robbers or die of hunger or ........
This just because of some greedy fools who have ruined this country called Nigeria by looting everything possible from military to civilian regimes. A lawless country where anything goes. People are so used to bad governance and as a result they have given up. Previous and present rulers have stolen every single penny at every opportunity because they know nothing will happen to them because the incoming government is also coming to loot. Where has this left the common man? Desperate and determine to do anything, I mean anything to survive. Where would this vicious circle end?
A country which has been lead by looters for the past three decades and still being ruled by the same thieves has become morally and financially bankrupt.
    I am so angry!

  78. I don't live in Nigeria but I blame Nigerians for all this!!! Look at other countries undergoing revolution but all we do is complain and then keep quiet!! N innocent people are dying everyday. Where are the youths??? Why is it that people commissioned to buiuld that road will continue to eat the miney n people let these people live??? Isn't high time we took matters into our own hands and burn down the mfs????? Meanwhile, they oppress the rest of us with their ill gotten money and the public even hail n worship the rouges??? Tell me why then people won't continue to die on that road?? Until we demand our basic rights, Nigeria will remain a failed state and ish like this will be the order of the day for years to come!!! A word they say is enough for the wise!!!! RIP to the dearly departed>

this deaths make me realize the more that our primary purpose here on earth is to serve the lord. the secondary reasons are job, wife/husband etc because no matter the possessions, the looks etc when a human being dies, all the material things he/she has worked would stay back here on earth. living life here on earth is just a phase we all must pass through.
I pray the the good Lord gives the mum the strength to bare what has happened.

It is a shame you became yet another statistic in a corrupt Nation like Nigerian where no one sees the need the provide decent roads to its citizens.
