ReplyDeleteas for Linda's comment on "Nigerian women are beautiful" uhmm, why state something that is already obvious? why even state Nigerian women etc etc? i know it may sound like I'm overreacting, but statements like this make it seem as if some people have to reinforce an idea enough to believe it. reminds me of how african american women always say stuff like "we black women are so beautiful" "black is beautiful" "my black is beautiful" blah blah. its like, are they saying it over again to make themselves believe it? are they trying to promote themselves? are they looking to boost their self-esteem? you sure don't hear white women saying "white is beautiful" "my white is beautiful" etc. same with asians.
it may sound like I'm reading too much into it, but its a food for thought. why do we need to stress how beautiful we think we are if we already know it? hmmmmm...

They are probably submitted by their haters or frenemies.
