Linda, that is a lame excuse. if they have access to the WORLD WIDE WEB what stops them from hearing the gist or looking up the websites/blogs for such gist. that is lame. and if they don't know how to navigate the WORLD WIDE WEB then they shouldn't even be on the computer. na wa!
