  5. if John Dara or Dele Momodu or Jaiye Randle was standing alone like GEJ did, othey would have performed far better. imaging asking him the simplest of questions any wimp could answer. the debate, sorry interview session was staged managed to suit the president in all ways, it was what he wanted, he was briefed before hand and he poured out no clear vision or strategies just simple everyday theories any one could say. i think a lot of observer expected him to tremble and exhibit stage fright which he didnt do to some extent and with that they have not bothered to look and examine what he really said, with this these observers would be quick to award him pass mark. I think we need stronger men to build the Nigerian Nation and Jonathan would be too soft for this role. I would support Buhari and Tunde Bakare instead.

  6. Nigeria we hail thee, I tot debate is supposed to be a form of an argument between two opposing parties. Anyway I'm not suprised cos we are still living in Almighty Nigeria where everything goes. After yesterday's monologue speech by GEJ, I have decided to flush my vote down the drain. We all know that this guys are just toying with nigerians. Its a pity that the foolish ones that have been blinded by ethnic can't see beyond their nose.

  8. I lost interest while watching the debbate several times
    It was painful to watch
I mean can that be called a debate?
when IT WAS ONE MAN STANDING
I seriously dont know the way forward or what It will take for all the aspirants to come together for a real intellectual debate
this is getting ridiculous by the day

  10. Who runs his PR machine for him? They should be sacked. Anyway, they know they will win by rigging so they are having a laugh! What a parody of a soliloquy!!

Case in point; Buhari sitting down in the midst of plenty at the Super Eagles versus Ethiopia match was good PR/Marketing. It won’t change my mind about him, but it’s worth a try.

  11. It beats me why anybody will vote for PDP/ Jonathan. Such people should have their head checkeded. I learnt they are sharing bags of rice and biscuit. My advice to those guys is that they should collect enough biscuit that will last them their lifetime. At least collect enough for the next 4 years.IF GEJ wins this coming election, then confirmed that Nigerians are simpleton. Not intelligent at all. Take this coming election very seriously and think about the future of your children. Its not gonna get any better under PDP. Do we need a Seer to tell us that? Vote Buhari / Bakare.

  12. For the sake of secrity and reserving lives this was arranged this way. Mae n ano jst dey scratch srface, think deep. Jonathan is edcatd and can debate anywhere. What has been going on n the conry means de procedre doesn not always have to be followed always. Prsedidential debate ko? Babangida debate? Obasanjo debate? Abacha nko...make i hear word for una. Debaters club!!! lol

  13. Goodluck is funny, even the lady candidate sef sounded smarter than him. Pat Utomi would have finished him. Goodluck knows why he avoided all of them, yea he'll win, but the truth has already been revealed that his candidacy is flawed. I'd vote for a Northern candidate that is right, over him.

  15. Thank you Adeola. I will stop believing PDP lies. I also understand that change start with me.

  16. @Chi, i dont know if u r male or female but what do you mean by "even the lady candidate sounded smarter than him". That was a very sexist statement (if u r male) and an insulting one (either sex). That woman was just as smart as utomi. I dont understand how you people think and talk.

  19. Nigerians, let us try to find some sense in all this madness. Progress is gradually being made. At least, in this case, the method to the madness can be seen. Civility does not come overnight, especially in a country like Nigeria. I know its hard to be patient with these people, but if you can do a better job, why aren't you out there? There are many cons that come with being a politician. We're just trying to compromise between the sincerest liar and an effective leader.

    Background
The beginning of Nigeria was a story that brings wonderful memories to the mind. Though, many of us were not around then, but history became a foundation of what the Nigeria of today was in those years. Nigeria was a land flowing with milk and honey, not only in culture, people, and places but also in resources. The young school certificate holder can boost of a bright future even with the little degree he or she possessed because the environment is like a fertilized soil for any seed to grow.
So beautiful was our land that the sound of our anthem is a source of motivation to every mind and an encouragement to every citizen. Early morning was a sight of hope to everyone and a tale of great future ahead. It continues until…..

    Nigeria of Today
Until we no longer have a security of lives
Until we no longer give from our abundant but borrow to increase our burden
Until we see children as a curse from God because the future doesn’t seem to exit for them
Until a Dollar became hundreds of Naira with corresponding increase in inflation
Until what should have been basic amenities are the achievements of corrupt politicians
Until government, which suppose to be a place of service but now a place of sacrifice
Until hospitals, good roads, infrastructure and other things became unattainable and unobtainable
Until our educational institutions became camp ground for thugs, sexual workers, cultism etc.
Until the land, whose origin was Peace and Unity, but now War and Hatred
Until lack of power supply now became a source of enrichment to those at the corridor of power
Until……it continues and has no end

    Nigeria of Tomorrow
What seems like a puzzle definitely has an answer but the answer cannot come from corrupt system that produces corrupt people that ends up to loot the nation’s treasury in a corrupt ways.
The answer can only come from the mind of those, who have long dreamt of the great Nigeria that calls to arise, o compatriot!
The answer can only come from the mind of those, who see government as an avenue to serve and not to sacrifice the treasures and potentials of this great country on the altar of corrupt bi-lateral trade with the aim to move our treasure to their secured oversea bank accounts
Unknown to them, Generators are back-up for emergency power shortage not like in our Nigeria, that it is the source of power
Unknown to them, those stolen money only contribute to the development of other nations where they kept the money
Unknown to them, government is an opportunity to serve without seeking any personal favour but the welfare of those that entrusted you with power
Unknown to them, that weeping may last but for a moment but one day, the eyes will be clear to see the truth
Finally, I am starting a movement of mind that will be motivated to move to their desired destiny in putting this country to the path of glory again.
    Conclusion
I may be a minority but making impact is not of the class you belong but of the character of your mind! My desire is that by 2027, Nigeria will be entrusted in the hands of credible people, which I wish you can be part of today.
The expected change can come long before then even if it looks dicey but I have a great hope that when it is our time, things must turn around for the best.
For the vision is yet for an appointed time…….will you rather join us or join THEM?
