Please say a prayer for Japan. Over 10, 00 people confirmed dead.

The Japanese Prime Minister, Naoto Kan, attempted today to put the earthquake and tsunami, which have claimed at least 10,000 lives, into perspective. He described the crisis as the 'worst since the Second World War'. As he spoke, scientists issued grave warnings of further aftershocks.

Please say a prayer for the country.
