  2. I read it somewhere that this girl is justt a simple girl and really doesn`t do much to earn a living. This sort of thing just puts pressure on her. Doesn`t it? Style icon. Thats a lot to keep going. When i think of nigerian style icons(Aunty Nike) comes to mind. People that have been ICONIC. Doesn`t it have something to do with time and age. I might be talking bull with a capital B because Emma Watson just got one. correct me if i`m wrong

  6. they need to not kill this girl with pressure o...she doesn't care about being iconic so stop giving her title as if to say...she is not Nike Oshinowo . this is how they started giving nike some silly titles at some young age that pushed Nike to extremes levels to maintain queen of Nigeria title. see where that got her today? she ran after money so tay, she forget other important things in life. See her life today? Please like omowunmi alone and stop dashing her useless titles. thanks for your consideration

  8. Congrats to her. Education? I thought she graduated from UNILAG? Also, doesn’t she have some sort of paid role working for/with the Lagos state government? I don’t know her but i don’t think she will be like Nike. She seems more grounded than Mrs. Osinowo. Also, the fact that she carried a fake Chanel bag probably meant she didn’t care whether it was a fake one or not. It may be a good thing too before people as usual start questioning how she can afford a Chanel bag.

she should go back to school masters/phd and be a consultant since shes got the money to do so

  12. I think it’s the lighting in the picture that is making the make-up look trashy! I’ve noticed this with Allure’s pictures. Their photographers need to step up a gear i guess.
Well, if she loses her job with LASG you can be sure someone else will hire her as a PR officer or a Corporate Affairs officer. I don’t think she’ll have a problem finding work. Or, she could end up with a programme on TV!!

  13. i dream of a day when i shall see our glossy mags do a minimal natural esque like make up. this makeup really overwhelms their personality smh i can see the thickness of the caked face kai! the lashes r poorly glued the babe is naturally fine why dont the make up artist just enhance the features not create a new one...sha omowunmi continue ur hustle jare e no easy

  14. @ anon 10pm Emma watson was named style-icon-in-training and yes style icon has to do wit age and ur fashion timeline. but in Nigeria i guess its how often people see u and many events u have attended. btw her make is trash!!!

  15. You people would never be satisfied. Omowunmi is a very beautiful and classy girl. She had always been beautiful right from QC. She was quiet an unassuming in UniLag and sh has never had any scandals. Those of you talking probably have no sense of style at all. Nike Oshinowo is in her 40s, dont you think it's time for new people to take over the style scene. Genny isnt good enough, neither is Rita Dominic or Omowunmi, who is the. Her make-up is ok and not trashy.
@Anon 1:16 that called her Chanel bag fake couldnt even spell it properly. What were you expecting, 2 Cs?
    Stop hating
