Pastor Chris Okotie solicits for funds for his presidential campaign

Presidential Candidate of Fresh Democratic Party (FDP) in the 2011 election, Reverend Chris Okotie, is soliciting for funds from Nigerians for a successful campaign. The pastor of Household of God Church in Lagos State, South West Nigeria, intends to succeed President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan next year. Kindly send your donations to Chris Okotie Campaign Fund Account 05 720100031** Diamond Bank. Thank you,” his party said in the text message. - PM News.

  1. What is he proposing to do for Nigeria? Before people can support you, they have to know what you are about.

It would be different having a pastor as our president. Nice for Nigeria too, I hope.

  3. In my opinion, the only person worthy of running for the presidency is Fashola. All these other people don't have any proven track record.

  9. Awwww and I like Chris Okotie o, I think he's quite an intelligent individual with some insights on how to make Nigeria a better country....I'm just not sure about the whole mixing church with politics thing considering he's a pastor an all....

  10. the church offerings never do this man? if he has no money they he should quit because to be honest, i don't see anything he's going to do there and that is if he gets there because PDP would by any means necessary try to win this coming election.
my advice: Nigerians save your money. this wan na "pouring water in the basket" mission.

  11. Considering how Goodluck J got into power I think we Nigerians should support him and witness the reason God placed him there. Okotie should not be a distraction. He knows too well that is God that has orchestrated the journey of Goodluck J to Asorock.
