  2. The wonders of make-up
    1. Make up can change a homely-looking woman into a 'bad chick'.

    She looks, well, different.

  3. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Stop it! WTF? Oh please! The first one almost got me but that second picture OOOOOOOOOOOOMMMGGG! I almost fell out of my chair! NO, I beg you Chioma, you will NEVER be able to play a bad ass convincingly, just leave that lane for Genevieve Nnaji, Omotola, Rita, Stephanie Okereke. You just stick to your strong suit, homely village women, mothers. You've tried to play divas etc and it does not work!

  4. hahahaha...chichiluv u didnt even pity her. lol
well that shows she is not a good actress cos a good actress should be able to play any role. and most naija actors cant do that they just stick to one type of role...

  6. Oh Nne, granted it might not be about her acting and she's good but modeling takes a bit of acting as well because you have to be able to convey in a picture without saying a word an idea, a thought, a motive just like an actor would with words so you cannot separate the two.

I don't know what the idea was supposed to be but somewhere the concept did not gel, it is (let me use everyone's favorite word here) hating, it is clearly obvious.

And while we are at it, let me say that first, the whole idea of posting an alter ego is NOT original, D. Blanks has been doing that in Atlanta since forever. It's cool though that they are trying to show us another side of Chioma but when D. Blanks does it, he is pulling on a PLAUSIBLE alter ego, a part of the person's personality that might not be dominant but is part of them. He does not INVENT an alter ego because it will not come across as real. The alter ego should be a part of a person's personality that's hyped up a notch, enhanced and elevated. It is a highly STYLIZED concept. There is a vision behind it that supports the entire look.

You cannot not tell me that that third shot is sexy, hot or captivating! Is she running or marching? Is she crying or grimacing? What was the picture supposed to convey?
