------------------------------------------------------------------------------The Debaters is a unique reality programme that showcases the oratory talents and skills of participants & allows them to systematically debate on diverse issues and topics.

The show is also designed to help Nigerians, especially the younger generation, to learn the art of active listening, thinking, organizing their thoughts and successfully articulating those thoughts (i.e.speaking) for precise and effective communication that actually engages and influences the listener.

Auditions for The Debaters start on the 30th of July and the following are the various audition Venues and Dates:

LAGOS:- British Council..20, Thompson Avenue,Ikoyi, Lagos

Date:- 30th & 31st of July

KANO:- British Council..10, Emir’s Palace Road, Kano.
Date:- 4th & 5th August 2010

ABUJA:- British Council..Plot 3645, IBB Way,Maitama, Abuja
Date:-7th & 8th August 2010

PORT HARCOURT:- British Council..Plot 300 Olu Obasanjo Way,GRA
II, PortHarcourt.
Date :10th & 11th August 2010.
