  4. Not only big men. The rain also dealt a deadly blow on the poor around that axis. The authority need to come in and open all the natural drain terrain

Be aware more of this, more will happen,it is not a cause but the result for fighting nature. Stop pushing water or so called sand filling. Don't be deceived.Nature will takes it course.

  17. Isn't only VGC or island in general that gets flooded during rain even Ikeja, surulere, ogba and Ojodu etc. The drainages are blocked with garbage. People should desist from this ugly act and government should clear the drainages.

  18. Why would people consciously litter their surroundings with dirt and garbage and expect the government to clean it up for them. Until the authority start arresting and paying of fines they won't stop. Nonsense!

  19. Blocked drainage channels and creeks but the citizens blame the government for everything. That area has always had a problem the residents should get the estate management to sort it out why are you paying management fees and charges

  23. VGC is a privately owned estate, therefore government can not fix the drains or roads within the estate. That's the job of the management
