Among the reason for the mass sack is over bloated workforce and high over head cost.
The
media house in its downsizing, also shut down one of its TV station
which is the TVC News Africa. The photo above shows the sacked workers
being addressed by the management just before they were dismissed. They
were however paid their entitlements as they were disengaged.

ReplyDeleteSad indeed for the unfortunate staff. Reducing cost is obviously not a bad thing as everyone is running a business,it's not personal. Those that are against a business downsizing it's over bloated work force shldnt complain abt d corruption and over bloated civil service we have.

ReplyDeleteSomeTime people make me laugh with there naughty comment,so former president could have done better, I smile remember that the former president was given 6years opportunity to prove himself as the best candidate to vote for as the next president. 2years struggling with empty hand 'compare to the former president' to build the country without stealing money and also declared is asset.
