Obama administration said they "choked" when it came to acting on Russian - Donald Trump

For months, President Trump has steadily denied any Russia collusion in the 2016 US elections, but lately he seems to have accepted its a fact now, and he's been blaming the Obama administration for not doing anything about it..In his latest tweet, he said:

'Obama Administration official said they "choked" when it came to acting on Russian meddling of election. They didn't want to hurt Hillary?
