On Thursday June 1, 2017 Roberto De Vicenzo, considered to be the best Argentine golfer in history, died at the age of 94 after falling at his home. De Vicenzo rose to fame after winning the British Open in 1967. Throughout his extensive career, he won more than 230 titles. He also won three PGA Circuit titles and won the first U.S. Senior Open in 1980.
