Here are the 5 records Cristiano Ronaldo broke during last night's Champions League final victory against Juventus

Already, Cristiano Ronaldo's name is written into just about every football record book there is but last night he added more to the growing list with Real Madrid's victory against Juventus.

1. He became the first player to score in three Champions League finals

2. He beat Lionel Messi to finish as the top scorer in this season's Champions League. He has now been top scorer in more Champions League campaigns than anyone else

3. He scored the 600th goal of his career (for club and country combined). He also scored Real Madrid's 500th Champions league goal.

4. He became the 20th player in history to win four or more European Cups

5. Ronaldo drew level with Raul on 144 Champions League appearances, putting him joint fourth on the all-time list

  1. Breaking all those records still doesn't make him the best player of all time. We all know who the best player is......

This is a record for a player in his class. He likes breaking records this doesn't break anything.

  7. FAMO: sorry to pour sand in ur garri but Alfredo Di sefano didnt play in the champions league era, it was called European cup then. so Linda is right. No, she doesn't need to research more on sports, clearly she already pays someone to do that. Nice try though #ShootYourShot2017

  10. The other night Messi scored that last goal that made Barcelona beat Real Madrid 4-3, I was like "Ronaldo should accept Messi's fathership yet Ronaldo has proved again and again that he is very dependable more than almost every footballer. See how he led Portugal on and on to victory and how he also carried RealMadrid like a father scoring on and on until victory is won. To me Ronaldo is the best footballer, one of the best. He and Messi are the best but Ronaldo is the bestest.
Messi is unlucky sometimes,he presses on but his team may not perform enough to lead them to victory but Ronaldo is that player that goes in and brings victory home whether his team likes it or not and are performing or not. My darling footballer before was Diego because of the way he must get his goal whenever he wants it,him and Neymar has that attribute I admire so much. Neymar must get his goal when he wants it, he always strives for his goal even if the game is ending. They are all my lovelies but Ronaldo has taken all my heart with his sheer command of victory. He strives for it and must achieve it, no half way thing. No motherfucker stops him. That's my boy, you know.

  11. No doubt, C. Ronaldo deserves all the praises showered on him but if football is all about goals and entertainment, Pele is my all time great. Read about Pele's soccer career and check some of his goals and even assists on youtube.

Were was cr7 wen Messi became the first player to score five in the history of ucl
Were was cr7 wen Messi scored 91 goals in a year, a record that has been for 41year even before they were born
Were was cr7 wen Messi won the ballon dor 4 times in a row
Were was cr7 wen Messi led Barça to the treble, making them the first to win it twice
Were was cr7 wen Messi wen Messi became the first player to score an el classico hat trick twice
Were is cr7 wen Messi is the current highest goal scorer in el classico history

Don't judge football over jes a single season, both are great players and have broken and created different records, until they hang their boots, we shouldn't place one above the other, they still have more to offer football, let's jes enjoy them

    3. Don't mind them. Messi's name alone just give the the chills and they know it. Did Messi play in the ucl final on Saturday? No. But his name has been mentioned more than the Christiano Ronaldo that won it. Truth be told, the greatest footballer in history is Messi and he is just starting. Ya'll go argue with your ancestors.
