  14. You crashed the price yet didn't mention how much your selling your apartment for that's because you know the price is still inflated. Naija want to charge overseas prices but less the standards over there. House with Generator or borehole water that is still dangerous. Or is it the unmarked or damaged road once you leave your expensive house. Only in naija. Property developers in Nigeria should be realistic.
