ReplyDeleteMany people can do without this so called luxury. Develop affordable projects to make everyone more comfortable. These things are temporal.. I guess we wouldn't need nice toilets in Heaven which is etetnal and glorious.
ReplyDeleteYou guys can go eat shit...Stupid greedy merchants. All the houses will decay on their plots unless you sell at 1k per apartment.
ReplyDeleteGreed has caught up with y'all..Nobody is buying,Nobody is leasing,Nobody is renting... make it 95% discount

ReplyDeleteYou can't find customers for your gaudy overpriced apartments?
ReplyDeleteHow much are they going for? Does anyone know the actual price of these apartments?it might be the best time to make a purchase if it's not too pricey
ReplyDeleteAll dis story, dem no fit put price of wetin dem dey sell so dat people no go run.
ReplyDeleteNa 419?
Simply breathtaking, I will enjoy on earth and still enjoy heaven. There's nothing bad in living in luxury if you can afford it.
ReplyDeleteYou crashed the price yet didn't mention how much your selling your apartment for that's because you know the price is still inflated. Naija want to charge overseas prices but less the standards over there. House with Generator or borehole water that is still dangerous. Or is it the unmarked or damaged road once you leave your expensive house. Only in naija. Property developers in Nigeria should be realistic.
ReplyDeleteNonsense....countries re focusing on affordable housing and due to stupid ego....levels and naija mentality....we dey waste money to build and beg for tenants and buyers.
ReplyDelete..you never see anything....that place will be empty....30% discount ko....50 % discount ni..
