Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, has ordered the temporary suspension of the state’s Vehicle Inspection Officers, VIOs, from road operation in the state with immediate effect.
Ambode reportedly gave the order following public complaints regarding the unruly behavior of some of the VIO officers.

ReplyDeleteGod bless you sir
ReplyDeleteFor the first time, gov Ambode is sensitive. Kudos!!! Hope he will deal with these poverty, stricken, timid, childish and myopic mental relegated officers called- KAI?
ReplyDeleteNice one. They are wicked and ruthless. Linda post my comment
ReplyDeleteThank you Sir. Wicked and mean people they lack every sense of proffessiobalism. Payment point totally different from catch point. Putting people through undue stress after the normal lagos stress.
ReplyDeleteNice one more grease to ur elbow. No more ur expired tyre even up to date
ReplyDeleteWelcome development.
ReplyDeleteNice job Sir
ReplyDeleteI'm against this. All law enforcement units have played a role in maintaining the little sanity we have today on Lagos roads. If you claim they are unruly, re-orientate them.
ReplyDeleteDont pray to fall in thier trap
DeleteU are working hand in hand with does bastards fit I don't think u have a car idiot.
DeleteYou need to visit TB Joshua... He hasn't relocated yet.
DeleteI disagree with you also. They are not "Law Enforcement" but self revenue generating units
DeleteLet them leave the road first before we re-orientate them.
DeleteSorry o, is your daddy among them.
DeleteShut up your mouth ojare. You are one of them abi?
DeleteU must be one of them or I collect revenue for them... dee
DeleteWeeyoukipkwayet!? What do you know about reorientation?
DeleteGod i thank u!!!
DeleteThose people even wt the small boys within them, can use their uniform to oppress nonsence..
If u see what they did to me and my kids weeks ago!!
A small boy not up to 27 insulted me and made me cry endlessly!!!
Thosepeople are horribly MEAN!!!
Ambode pls ban okada and keke in residential neighbourhoods such as VI, Ikoyi, Lekki. They are a real security hazard
ReplyDeleteI LOVE Ambode for this ooo.VIO had become criminals and babalawos on Lagos road ..Imagine they asked me why my seat was drawn back the it was ..Imagine 1told them because drove better 1like that
ReplyDeleteThank you father...tank u governor Ambode...but then no stop me sha for one day...but atleast the complain i dey hear 2 much...dey need to go..
ReplyDeleteMore power to your elbow our dear Governor. These guys were feeding fat on our lean pockets, we were oppressed but no one to run for help. They would obviously have stepped on the toes of some high and mighty. The government should critically look at their relevance otherwise should be scrapped. Another agency the government should watch closely is LASTMA.
ReplyDeletePraise God o. Those guys are so mean.
ReplyDeletewhy order them out?lawlessness will take over lagos road.
ReplyDeleteShut up lastmsa is there police and road safety is there
DeleteCan Ambode just come out for Presidency in 2019,i just love this man, even though am ibo
ReplyDeleteThank God.
ReplyDeleteYes there very stupid ppl there not even trained fighting like agboro, agboro is even better than them very wicked set of ppl
ReplyDeleteGod bless your generation sir. Those thugs were just looking for Money anyhow
ReplyDeleteGovernor Ikpeazu should follow suit. The ones in Abia are worse.
ReplyDeleteAdieze, you must be a beneficiary of their exploits to be against this noble decision by the governor. No amount of reorientation would change them. Their main and only reason to be on the road is financial exploitation of motorists. I advocate a nation-wide suspension.
ReplyDeleteThank you my governor for always taking the lead in matters affecting the masses.
ReplyDeleteThank God and now we can drive freely around Ebute metta area. The next set of people we want out are the agberos (NURTW)... dee
ReplyDeleteKudos to you Governor Ambode
ReplyDeleteGo and play inside sheet Adieze O, wait till you become victim of this evil doers, maybe one stray bullet or so by untrained or drunken police man then you will feel the pain so many families has felt in there hands.. you know how many complains has gotten to the governors table before this action taken.. keep your ideas to yourself if you are not sensitive to other peoples plea then i am sorry you will not be able to lead even the smallest unit called FAMILY..(MIND UR COMMENTS ON SOCIAL PLATFORM)
ReplyDeleteVERY GOOD!! wish they will do same in Abuja. Those people are just nuisances
ReplyDeleteE remain those thieves who call themselves Customs officers. The should stop asking custom duties from private cars on the high way!something should be done, the collect bribes as high as 200k and above on the road just from 1 car, imagine their take home in one day!
ReplyDeleteGod bless Ambode for this. Those ppl are lunates. Useless ppl
ReplyDeleteAny offence they catch you for is #20,000 naira in this economy.. And they can count up to four offence.. 80k... Look at road safety for example, they will address you properly and even educate you on tins you don't know abt your car and sometimes let you go with a warning, when it a very minor offence.. Not this thugs called VIO... They should reorientate them and sack the bad and worst officers.. Thank you Gov. Ambode
ReplyDeleteGbam!!!! Bravo to Ambode. VIO has become unruly and heartless. I prefer they are scraped out forever.
ReplyDeleteThose people can disturb Ehhhhhh,
ReplyDeleteVery good thank you sir.
ReplyDeleteThey should leave abuja roads too
I really like it now that they are suspended, no more worries about VIO's
