  1. good day to you pretty linda,i'm so sorry in the first place even as i type to you right now,i also know this might not be the best way to come out to write this incase i dont derail your post,Linda i'm hear to let the whole world know what IKEDC in charge of light how they have been dealing with us in my area @isolo close to aswanni market,we hadly have light for weeks and we cant have light during the day cos to them its forbidden, they only manage to let us see it every 4:30 in the morning to 6'oclock same morning to be seen again in same repeated time in the morning same goes on,i dont want to write about the crazy bills which is so ridiclous of them,we want who ever is in charge to come to our aid because in the area we cannot even access water to do the needful due to know light, and this is a massive fraud,we pay for what we dont consume, still our babies cant sleep at night, this is a massive fraud from IKEDC.
