Popularly known as ‘Olubadan’, the deceased hailed from Ibadan, Oyo State. He was 44 years old.

ReplyDeleteThis is what people dont understand. Sports is good but never over do ur limit at any point~n time. Once u notice u are getting tired. Just respect urself and stop. If you are not a proffesional, it is better to run for 10-15monutes and then stop. Your system is already energized enough to keep u going. What is the need of an exercise that u feel weak afterwards.
