military Governor of Old Bendel State not Edo State..
ReplyDeleteR. I. P
ReplyDeleteR.I.P. Actually, Ogbemudia was Governor of Mid West State, not Bendel State. Mid West State became Bendel State in 1976. Ogbemudia's tenure ended with the overthrow of General Gowon in 1975.
ReplyDeleteIt's Bendel state and not Edo State...May his soul rest in peace
