Photos: Nigerians stage protest at CBN headquarters in Abuja

A group of protesters led by a member of PDP, Deji Adeyanju, staged a protest in front of the Central Bank of Nigeria CBN Headquarters Abuja earlier today. The group is among other things, demanding to know how the bank is addressing the crisis in the foreign exchange market. See more photos after the cut...

  10. If it was IPOB the zoo police and army would have killed many and accused them of trying to break the central bank. God has already judged the zoo called Nigeria and her leaders, the Angel of death is following them and will strike at his own time

  11. A country that produces nothing and consumes only foreign goods ...relies heavily on import and even imports its major forex earner ( crude) with a depleted foreign reserve is destined for economic doom....There is no miracle or wayo way out of it. The mismanagement of the past years of inept governance plus crumbling crude prices with our inability to save has come to haunt Nigeria. It is what it is. Please when is $ hitting 1k# btw? I'd love to move closer to Linda abeg.
