Lord, if it’s your will to break up Nigeria, break it now - Oyedepo prays

Founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide International aka Winners Chapel, Bishop David Oyedepo, has asked God to break Nigeria if it is his will to do so.

According to Vanguard, Oyedepo said this recently while preaching in one of his services where he reigned curses on the sponsors of the Southern Kaduna crisis that has reportedly claimed well over 3000 lives.

“God sent me as His apostle of liberation to this continent to stop it from decadence. I heard from God and He has proved it beyond measure. Therefore, every occultic root, every political root of this uprising is cursed today! All the northern forces that are sponsoring this uprising and killings, I decree the curse of God upon them. Lord, if it is your will to break up Nigeria, break it now! If Nigeria wakes up, wait for the church to rise. There will be no more nation, what nonsense”he said

  3. Seriously, we have no business being a country with the northerners. We act different, think different, culture different, religion different, dressing different. We even look different from them. We have no business forcing this union between the north and south.

  18. Amen, Amen and Amen. Nigeria is not a marriage where God says for better for worse. It's obvious the regions in Nigeria are going to separate places and we are working together. When I hear people pray Nigeria should not break up, I ask why, but never seems to have an answer. The prayer point should be Nigeria should break up in a peaceful manner like other countries that has done that before. I am a southerner, but I support Biafra idea and I think every other tribe should have such idea but in a peaceful manner. If the North does not want us to break-up, they are looking for wahala.

  19. Actions like this were what Nigeria needed from all Christians and our Christian Leaders since 2009 and 2011. Everybody should stop hiding and stop being cowardly. No coward will make heaven. All Churches must rise up against the evil religious agenda of the enemies of God's people in Nigeria. No matter who you are, where you are, what denomination you belong to, rise up in real spiritual battle against the religious devil's of this nation. Any dissenting opinion against us iis satanic, brought under curses of God and most be destroyed by fire in the name of Jesus. Amen!

  22. Igbeigbe!!!! Pastors in Nigeria have all failed nigeria and it's high time u guys succumbed to that. The more we have you(pastors),the more the situation worsen. God is not on your side;PERIOD! And now the best you can do is to rain curses on the same Nigeria you never had significant impact on, the same Nigeria you refuse to give free or affordable education, the Nigeria which made it possible for you to acquire more than one private jets, the same country which you never for once paid income tax, the same Nigeria where part of the looted funds ended in your churches. You need to ask Jehovah that why has he forsaken you, that your prayers could not bring peace to any corner of this country. Ask Jehovah that why do your prophesies always fail to come to pass? Ask Jehovah that is he the same God Jesus talked about? How do you expect Jehovah to answer your prayers when you identify him with the same name you identify deities with. The same letters the same pronunciation...GOD!GOD!GOD! If they ask you to start a sentence using "god of iron" you would write it the same way and pronounce it the same way to the one you identify the Almighty with. Question the integrity of english culture...In Nigeria Olorun was reserved for him, Chineke was reserved for him, and so many other dialects. Our forefathers were better believers. Rise up Pastor Oyedepo and pray to JEHOVAH. To be sure who you are praying to;identify him with the same name Jesus called him,the same name which was reserved for him not those which they share with him and you will witness his mightiness. I am just a thinker and may be Jehovah is using me to pass out this message. May be!

  26. this man is surely high on a cheap substance. If a so-called man of God could descend so low, then his closeness to the devil has to be looked into. Jesus said pray for your enemy, Pastor said otherwise. He said the other time that It was God that asked him to put an exorbitant price tag on his school so that the children of the poor will not be able to attend. Now, he's vomiting this rubbish. If we dont learn how to start stoning these scammers that paraded themselves as men of God, they will continue to sing nonsense to us. ptshh.....

    2. I reject this curse on Ibrahim's behalf and I direct it back at you, you evil bastard. You will not prosper in life. You will not say happiness. You will spend the rest of your days regretting what your loose tongue has caused you.

I ask all this in the name of the universe and all things that grant the will of the innocent.

Whilst the northerners were being terrorised, Nigerians were watching, I sympathise with Northern Nigerians. May all those who benefitted from their neglect, and abuse, on behalf and including of Ebola Jonathan, may you reap pain and misery in perpetually.

All those innocent souls in IDPs around the country will rise and prosper.

You're a heartless bastard btw. Go fuck yourself.

  32. If only 5 prominent ministers of the Gospel can pass a decree with one accord and issue an ultimatum to the government of today, these senseless killings will stop.
Until there is instant judgement of death upon the supporters of these killings, things may not change.

  38. We are tired of living under Aboki oppression in this country, they have been in control of power since 1960 - from Tafawa Balewa, Gowon, Murtala, Shagari, Buhari, Babangida, Abacha, Yar A'dua and now Buhari again. Under their rule, Nigeria's resources has been mercilessly plundered, no vision, no planning, other countries of Nigeria's age group have left Nigeria behind. Despite our long suffering, Fulani are not murdering people anyhow saying Nigeria belongs to them. If this country is not restructured then her days are numbered. That is the truth.
