  1. Murder! Her posture suggest dat she was killed. If she had shot her the gun won't be firmly clenched in her fist. Linda take note!

  3. Definitely murder, the gun is in d victims right hand. If the victim shot herself, I'm sure she wud HV placed it on her right temple nd the blood splatter would be on the left side not the right side. Ok assuming she shot herself while sitting on the stool, its pretty high. She shouldn't b holding d gun after her fall.

    ReplyDelete
  4. Murder! The gun shouldn't remain in his hand if he actually shot himself.

    ReplyDelete
  5. It is a murder coz she can't still be holding the gun if it suicide

    ReplyDelete
  6. Suicide. Blood spatter location. No sign of breaking. Suicide note, alcohol in trash n tobacco.

    ReplyDelete
  7. She won't be with the gun if it a suicide that makes it a murder

  8. MURDER IN THE FIRST

If you shot yourself the cigarette would not be well placed in ur hand.

There is no blood on the floor, where they would have committed suicide.

  9. None of the above, pure tricks!

  10. Murder.......seems she was sitting on d stool wen she was shot. D gun on her hand was 4 self defence......ND if she had shot her self on d head, cos dat where suicide victim mostly aim wen dey want to kill deir sef ND begin dat she was sitting d blood shud ve bin side ways......dat blood splash on d wall looks like someone standing in front of her shot her

  11. Murder..... d blood splash seems like someone in front of her shot her

  12. He has a gun in his hand and the splattered blood on the wall is as a result of bullet fired to the brain at close range. Also, there is no evidence of external assault as depicted by the picture.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Someone murdered her and put the gun on her hand to make it look like suicide

    ReplyDelete
  14. It is most likely a suicide because on the table is a pen and a paper that seems to be a suicide note that she had just written.then there's a cigarette in one hand, a sign that she was depressed too and then the gun that she held than should be the instrument of the suicide.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Definitely suicide
First check the positioning of the gun and the blood on the wall its on the same side
Obviously the lady was sitting and taking her ciger when she shot her self holding the gun using her right hand that why you notice the stool where she was sitting is on the floor.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Its clearly murder, reasons being dat the gun is in d right hand and the blood on the wall is on the right side. Secondly The victim was clearly sitting and writing at the desk and also smoking at the time he was shot. If it would have been a suicide he would finish the cigarette and then shoot himself.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Murder!

She can't be smoking and at the same thing wants to take her life and morever the blood on that wall shows that someone shot her in the head and that person put the gun and the cigarette in her hand to make the whole thing look like suicide..

    ReplyDelete
  18. It is murder.... Because when you shoot yourself in the head or commit sucide by gun... The gun drops off your hand after the shooting... The guy in the picture was still holding the gun

  20. its a murder she was shot on the head and she's still holding the cigarette in her hands .... the blood splash on the window due to shot through the forehead

    ReplyDelete
  21. It's murder because he can't shoot himself and still heat his head on the wall. He was shoot that's why he fell towards his back and heat his head on the wall. If he shoot himself himself, he will just slump. That's why I say it's murder

    ReplyDelete
  22. Murder...suicide is the !most difficult thing to do.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Murdered.
I see blood spilled blood on the wall which means the gun was shot while she was standing. Now, she is lying on the floor with the gun in her hands- meaning, the gun was carefully placed in her hands by the murderer after the shot has been taken and she already fell to the ground.
Clue-its really not possible to still be holding a gun so firmly the was she did if she did took the shot while standing.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Murder the position of the dead in relation to the blood splatter on the wall is wrong for a suicide. Now if he was sitting on the stool with the gun on that hand the blood splatter would be in the opposite direction. Since this a head shot that body appears to arranged and that gun is too fixed to the hand it should have fallen. Murder

    ReplyDelete
  25. Murder, he can't go with such blast while still clutching a gun.

  26. It is murder, she is right-handed, if it was suicide the gun would be on her left hand. the bullet came in from left she fell to the right, blood stains on the wall (right).

    ReplyDelete
  27. Name is J Solomon

    ReplyDelete
  28. Murder... From the picture , the blood splatter is not consistent with the hand holding the gun. Also the gun was planted , if the victim shot herself , the position of the gun in her hand would nt be that way . She would have been lifeless before she hit the ground, making it impossible for her to hold the gun in such a way as it is shown I. The picture

    ReplyDelete
  29. It's a murder. If it was a suicide there is no way the fun will remain in your hand. So someone mirdered the person and kept the gun in the hand.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Murder bcos from the direction of the blood on the wall the gun is suppose to be on her left hand but is on the right wic means someone shot her then impanted it witout thinking thru.

  31. Murder. The gun wouldn't still be in her hand immediately after she shot herself. So, the gun waa obviously planted on her hand

    ReplyDelete
  32. I think its murder. He held the gun still and the cigarette intact in his finger.

    ReplyDelete
  33. I think it's a murder case..reasons be that they seems to be a struggle the splashing of blood on the wall speaks volume plus position of the blood stains.to be it's a murder case.that's my submission.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Murder... Weapon placed on victim's hands. U can't shoot urself and still hold the gun

    ReplyDelete
  35. That's a suicide scene, reasons are the victim has a possible hard drug in her hand, there is a suspected suicide note on the desk, and the position of the body on the floor shows direction of gun shot was close, with d fallen chair

    ReplyDelete
  36. Murder...from the scene she's holding a gun and a cigarette which signifies frustration and confusion. The position of d blood on the wall shows she was seated wen she took her life.

  37. Murder. Cos she has the gun on her right hand and if she shot herself she would have fallen to the left also the blood stain on the wall wouldn't have been there.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Murder I suppose... there's a cigarette/weed & a weapon in her hands... it's quite hard to say which though. I'm not a detective!

    ReplyDelete
  39. MURDER...The table lamp is unplugged from the wall. To write the suicide note, he'll have needed the light to be on

    ReplyDelete
  40. it's was a murder, he can't shoot himself with a gun and still have the gun in his hand the gun was placed in his hand after he was killed

    ReplyDelete
  41. MURDER! The gun and cigarette says it all. Was placed there to make it seem like its suicide. One who commits suicide drops d gun n cigarette following d shock and pain.

    ReplyDelete
  42. it's suicide because she is right handed(proof-a cigarette is there) but the gun is being placed in her hand after she was shot by the killer in her left hand..it's just like this indian film 'the game'.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Uuummm the way she fell to some extent depicts how she was sitted before she slumped from the shot.
Now, with the hun in her right hand if she fired by herself,it should be to the right side if her head, the blood splatter won't be behind her but on the floor to the left and at least some on the yellow/brown cupboard on the ground to the left.
For that splatter to be behind her means she was shot at close range and on the forhead.
    So,I rule MURDER!

    ReplyDelete
  44. Murder!!!!!!The gun and the cigarette can't still be stable on both hands after such a violent shot and a fall from the stool, the positioning of the body vs the blood stain on the wall doesn't justify the distance of that stool and the body on the floor.

    ReplyDelete
  45. This is a suicide case, the victim used the gun he has in his right hand to shoot himself and probably after smoking weed, substance on his left hand is a confirmation to my point

    ReplyDelete
  46. Pure murder. There environment looks as if there's been some struggles, with the tumbling stool.also her body looks as if she had a fight with someone.

    ReplyDelete
  47. suicide,¹ from the pattern of the blood splash you will realize that the bullet was shot directly to the head but blood from murder will be a little bit scattered on the wall even if it was shot at close range ² when you see someone wants to kill you, every cigarette must be on the floor but he still has his cigarette on and in his hand, that means he was high and a little bit tired about his life

    ReplyDelete
  48. Is a murder. There is no way the gun will still be in his or her hand if it was suicide. And also judging from the level of fall all the way from the window.

    ReplyDelete
  49. This is a suicide case, the victim used the gun he has on his right hand on himself, evidently after smoking the rap of weed he has on his left hand.

    ReplyDelete
  50. MURDER because her lying position doesn't show she killed herself

    ReplyDelete
  51. The gun is on the right hand. Circumstancial evidence presuming suicide no probable

    ReplyDelete
  52. Firstly it is suicide!!!
The gun been with the person
Then looking at the head is blood
So mere looking at that she pull the trigger into her/his head ..den blood rushing from it
    It absolutely suicide!!

    ReplyDelete

  58. Murder, bcoz of the gun in the hand of the victim

    ReplyDelete
  59. Its a murder.
    Reasons because,
    1. The gun is in her right hand the the blood is splashing on the right part of the wall too.
2.She's still holding her cigarette, meaning she was shot before she could react, someone committing suicide won't would take her time. Dropping the cigarette & killing herself.
    3. Someone planning on suicide would be drinking something stronger and not Soda.

  61. Definitly murder if she killed her self the blood splatter wont be at that part of d wall.d exit woundcwld have been from the side of her head not through the back.obviously she was shot point blank on her head meaning her killer was facing her, and afterwards the gun was kept in her hands.

    ReplyDelete
  62. It's murder and here's why:

    1. She was obviously occupied, working on or studying something. Suicidal people usually clean out before taking that plunge. Obviously she didn't 'prepare' to die.

    2. She's lefthanded and the weapon is on right handed. She's left handed because the pen is more on the left side of the paper on her desk meaning she was obviously writing with her left hand. Also the cigarette pack is on her left side, also is the soda can, and of course the cigarette is in her left hand. A left handed person won't commit suicide with the right hand.

3.If she shot herself with the gun from her right hand like the murderer wants to convince us that she did, she should have fallen in the opposite direction. I mean, if she really committed suicide (sitting down I assume), then shooting from the right should have made her to fall towards the left. So, no it wasn't suicide.

  63. murder cause if she were to had been sitted on a stool facing the table, writing a suicide note n smoking before blowing her heard up probably cause by 'MMM and its like' then with the gun on her write hand, she couldn't had shot her self in the head and be able to leave blood stains on the wall

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  65. quite simple
    it is suicide!
    why?
1, there is a suicide note on the table.
2, she shot her self at close range hence the blood splash on the wall.
3, she had the gun in her hands too.
4, she even had time to take of her glasses before pulling he trigger. if it was murder the glasses would still be in her eyes.

  69. I feel it's murder cus if it was suicide d victim won't b hold d gun firmly

    ReplyDelete
  70. Cold blooded Murder. The reason being there is no way she'd still have the gun and the cigarrete still firm in her hands if she had died from shooting herself on the head. The gun and the cigar would have dropped as she falls.so, the murderer simply shot her and placed the gun and the cigar in her hands to make it seem like a suicide.

    ReplyDelete
  71. Murder. Reasons body is well placed. Angle of the blood stain shows it was a straight hit difficult to achieve when self inflicting grip on gun force would have thrown the gun away

    ReplyDelete
  72. its a homicide.

no shell casings on the murder scene. blood splatter is too little for a close range shot. cigarette was lit and still in use before time of death. glasses of the victim are still on the table. no one pulls off their means of sight when trying to kill one's self, one would want a clean and clear shot. the body has been positioned in its posture, this is easy to see as the body would have taken everything around its perimeter to the ground as the space btw the body and the drawer is too small. but here, almost everything seems orderly. a slipper is missing from the scene, which indicates that the body may have been dragged.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Definitely murder. The blood splatter proves her killer was standing in front of her and shot her pointblank on her head hence the exit point for the bullet was the back of her head and thats why the blood splatter is on the wall.if it was suicide most likely she wld av shot er self through the side of her head not on her forehead.the gun was placed in her hands after her death.

    ReplyDelete
  74. The blood pattern shows it was murder

    ReplyDelete
  75. murder...gun is placed in the wrong hand and the chair, wrong seating arrangement based on the splash of blood.

  78. Murder, from what I see in d picture there was a struggle as if the dead lady fought for her life before she was killed d stool on d floor, her slipper, the blood that splashed on the wall and on the window all these is evidence that it was a murder.the gun was planted in her hand and suicide note is all false.if is suicide she will fall on d table since she is sitting close to the table

    ReplyDelete
  79. Murder.. someone blew her head off and kept the gun in her hands. From the spot of the blood..she wouldn't have killed herself from that angle so therefore in conclusion, it's a crime of passion. If my answer is not correct, then Linda u will need to ask Google.com...

    ReplyDelete
  80. murder.. d way d blood is splatted on the wall, the gun is in her hands.

    ReplyDelete
  81. Murder!
1st reason: the cigarette in her left hand should have fell off immediately if she shot herself.
2nd reason: the distance from the seat should made her blood sprinkle over the wall not pouring directly to one location on the wall.

    ReplyDelete
  82. Suicide... Here's the reason , a cigerrete at hand to represent final smoke or pleasure, a gun at the other hand meaning she probably took the shot, a pen and a paper on the table explaining suicide note, she uses glasses by the way and respectfully put it down before shooting herself ... Finally the only thing disturbed by the incident is a chair which must have fallen after she fell due to the impact. Oh and before I forget it's a close range shot seeing the splash on the wall ad direction of the body to the wall. Thanks... Any rewards 😜😜😜😜

    ReplyDelete
  83. Murder, she can't fall and still be holding that stuff

    ReplyDelete
  84. Murder. Blood splatter is on right side but his gun is in right hand.
If he shot himself while sitting, blood splatter would be in left side on ground.
Looks like someone shot him when he is sitting in the chair

    ReplyDelete
  85. Murder.... If suicide was the case due to the close range of the gun to head the shot from the pestle would be stronger, causing more blood splattered in the room 2, she couldn't have killed herself and still had the gun and cigarette in both hands..... As she fell to the ground from loosing balance, the gun and possibly the cigarette should have dropped too😟

    ReplyDelete
  86. It's definitely a murder because, if it was suicide d splash of the blood on the left hand side wouldn't b owing to the fact that the gun is on her right hand side.shoe that she was shot from the left hand side.this a sure murder.

    ReplyDelete
  87. Suicide...'cos of the suicide note

    ReplyDelete
  88. Linda this is a homicide case.If you look at the blood splashed on the wall, its not exactly the place where someone with suicidal intention will be.

It looked like while this guy was reading, someone came behind ,a stuggle ensued and the intruder shot him ,then placed the gun and cigarette in his hands to establish a new crime scene of suicide.

Besides look at his slippers,it indicates there was a struggle.

    ReplyDelete
  89. Murder bcos she couldn't have shot her self and still hold on to d gun and be properly placed on d floor..Plus d blood stains on d wall is obviously not her lying position

    ReplyDelete
  90. First this is the second time I'm typing and it's annoying... But here we go... It is SUICIDE..
because there is a probable suicide note and a pen on the table to indicate she wrote it
2 a cigarette at hand to show final pleasure he/she was a smoker
3 a gun at the other hand to show she took the shot, though I am a oil skeptical as the gun ought to have dropped out of her hands unless ofcourse he is being framed for murder...
4 the shot was a close range due to the splash on the wall and the direction of that blood to the body. So he probably shot himself... There can be other thesis too
5 the only thing disturbed is a stool which is so cause of the way he fell.. He probably took the shot while on it after writing the letter. And that crowns my reasons
Ehen. ☺☺☺☺ is there a reward.. Anything can happen.. Miracle alerts.. Lol

    ReplyDelete
  91. With where the blood on the wall is its clearly a murder, she couldn't have pointed the gun backwards but sideways. Cynthia

    ReplyDelete
  92. Is Murder bcoz d blood stain on d wall indicates dat she was shot on d forehead not on d side if it was suicide.

    ReplyDelete
  93. Its obvious that the deceased was studying on a stood and that compliments the blood stains on the wall
The pistol on the victims hand shouldn't be held firm on his/her hand if its suicide
however the cigarette would have fallen apart if its a suicide.
so here is my verdict, This is a staged Suicide but not well staged... ITS MURDER!

    ReplyDelete
  94. Murder! The way she's lying, the turned stool and the slippers and the looked unkept kitchen shows she tried to struggled to free herself.

    ReplyDelete
  95. This is clearly murder Bcos d gun was still wit d victim, d person Dat commented suicide we b snuggling den d gun will fall out of him

    ReplyDelete
  96. It was a murder. There was a struggle, nobody commits suicide with a cigarette in his/her hand. And lastly, the dead body looks like a left handed person

    ReplyDelete
  97. Watched too much CSI. I believe its murder. If she was sitting on that stool when she shot herself assuming it was suicide.

    (1) the blood splatter should not be on the right wall but behind the stool area
    (2) she can't still have the gun in her hand in that position, it should have fallen off when she fell off the stool
    (3) the position she fell is not aligned with that of falling off the stool, she should have fallen backwards
    (4) the is a cigarette in her left hand should have been burnt or burning still if she was smoking at the time of her assumed suicide.
FINALLY, evidence around shows she is LEFT HANDED. if you look closes at the items on the table, they are on the left hand side. the pen, the drink, the plate. the reading light is positioned to shine towards the left. She should have had the gun in her left hand not right

Conclusively, i believe she was shot by the murderer while backing the right wall and the gun placed in her right hand after her murder.

    Linda how did i do?
    CSI THINGS

  98. Its clear murder in a dressing room. Looking at the turned stool, the slippers and blood stain on the wall shows the victim struggle to free herself from her murderer.

    ReplyDelete
  99. Suicide...there's no sign of struggle

    ReplyDelete
  100. Murder
The blood splash pattern is as though he was shot, not him shooting himself, besides he was still smoking his marlboro cigarette. Which he would have stopped doing if he wanted to commit suicide, the blood spatter on the wall shows he was standing, but the position of the body is inconsistent with that, if he was patient enough to take of his glasses it is logical that the cigarette should not be in his hand, but the suicide note on the table needs to be assessed to determine whether he wrote it.
    All this is hypothetical, cheers

  101. She has a gun in her hand nd got shot in d head

    ReplyDelete
  102. Murder, the gun is on her right hand and the blood on the wall shows that she was seating on the chair.so if she was seating and the gun is on her right hand the blood will not be on the wall.

    ReplyDelete
  103. suicide- because she ad a gun un her hand, a suicide note and the blood splat on the wall is on the right on the wall

    ReplyDelete
  104. It is murder because if it was suicide, the weapon will not be in her hand but it would have dropped off her hand after shooting herself in the head.

    ReplyDelete
  105. Its clearly murder...maybe not that clearly tho.
    1. the gun was fixed into her fingers after she got shot to wrongfully suggest suicide. when a gun is shot, the force triggered must have made the gun dropped off an inexperienced gun user.
    2. judging by the splash of blood on the wall, she seemed to be on her knees when she got shot. she would have stood and shot herself if it were suicide, not on her knees. I guess she was pleading with assailant(s)
    3. we can see just one of her footwear in sight, she probably heard a sound in the sitting room and went to check, her slipper got lost while she was being led back at gunpoint.
This is murder intelligently framed to be suicide to divert investigation.

  110. Suicide. He killed himself, check fearfully from the angle of the blood stain, he's right handed so the splash on the wall shows it. Check the table and you will see a suicide note and the pen, also on top of the table is drug which he took, maybe cocain. Check his left hand and you'll see a cigeratte which he was also smoking. These thing can't be there if he was attacked unexpectedly.

  113. Murder, the victim is left handed (the direction of her pen) the murder weapon is on her right hand and the blood Splattered on the wall shows the the position of the weapon is wrong.

  116. Murder!!! The direction of the Blood splatter which is from the left side proves that the gun was planted in her right hand. Dead people can't change hands so how did the gun get to her right hand?

  117. 1). The person is clearly left handed.
The lamp is placed on the right side which is again a common tendency for a left handed person. He is even holding a half burnt cigarette in the left hand, so he obviously didn't shoot himself.
2). Basic human behavior suggest that we tent to finish all our work before committing suicide. So he would have finished his cigarette first before having to kill himself.
3). He is holding the gun the opposite direction where the blood splatter is at. The point of impact and the blood splatter speak other wise.
4). When a person commit suicide by gun, the body releases all tension, meaning the gun will not be their your hand.
5). The light is unplugged, & u can see (what seem like) what seem like the night sky in the window. The person could not have written a suicide note in the dark.
6). If a person shoots himself, there will powder residual of unburned carbon on the hand that fired the gun.
7). Most suicide shots are angled slightly upward. In this case, it is not so.

  118. no visible sign of struggle, the way her body is sprawled on the floor and the chair next to her suggests, she was sitting on it when she died, the blood splatter on the wall suggests the bullet entered from the right temple. Verdict: self inflicted wound, as a result of suicide.

  122. It's murder. She can't possibly shoot herself, fall and sprawl on the floor and still hold the gun firmly. Someone shot her and in a bid to make it look like suicide, planted the gun in her hand.

  123. She was seated , facing the mirror , she has a gun on the right hand and blood splash is same on the right, she was shot from the left hand side splashes blood to the right . Murder was the case . Only if the killer was L.I.

Its definitely murder cos the blood splatter is on the right side which would mean she shot herself with her left hand and by the way you cant write a suicide note with the light unplugged and still hold a cigarette after shooting yourself in the head . rhe murderer was very sloppy. I would on make that mistake.

  132. Murder of course. Gun and cigarette would have left her hand if it were suicide. Those items were rightly placed.

  134. The blood spatter indicates she was murdered . if she indeed shot herself the blood will not be on that side of the wall, which indicates she is left handed . but the gun seems to be on the right hand. Force in direction is supposed to make her fall on the other side

    ReplyDelete
  135. It's murder... the gun is on her right hand, so if the shot herself, the blood should splash to the left... but in this case the blood splash to the right which indicates she was shot by someone from her left position.
