People get influenced by what others are doing. There are more transexuals now because, everyone is doing it and getting the attention for it. It doesn't make it a cool thing to do. As soon as a young man or lady gets depressed, instead of solving the problem, they hinge it on their sexual orientation. All the madness begins from the west and creeps into Africa.
