Cows spotted grazing in Abuja despite ban (photos)

This herd was spotted along galadimawa road, Lokogoma, Abuja. Road users say the cows are a constant nuisance to them. The cows can be spotted every morning as they leave their base and every evening as they return. Hasn't grazing been banned in Abuja?. More photos after the cut.

  10. But lokogoma is somewhat very very off the city centre., it is an area will lots of brush & grassland between games village, sun city & it.Depends on the explicit letters of the law supposedly banning the grazing in the FCT.

  11. When you make rules with no enforcement it's just business as usual! What has the authority done to ensure their rules are adhered to???

  12. It's one thing to ban...
It's another thing to enforce the ban...
