    1. And until they are appreciated and being a teacher becomes a good thing that people don't bind with the Holy Spirit for their children we ain't going nowhere. The schools abroad aren't meant for Nigeria. They're meant for the abroad countries.

  7. Mr. Ben, stop talking, work the talk, you like raising good idea but what effort have you make on the senate floor to change anything, you will just come on social media to lament. Enough of this. I know there are many on the floor that will support the idea.

  11. Seriously I prefer the teachers and lecturers of this country Nigeria to the politicians because the always gives straight answers to the students no matter the questions, but politicians always give unknown known or wrong answers.

  13. It would have been better if you have said you moved this as a motion on the floor of the Senate instead of moving it on twitter.

  17. Linda. I challenge you to buy billboards in lagos, Abuja, kaduna, Ibadan, Enugu, and calabar, and post this message: "Teachers are more relevant to the progress of Nigeria than politicians." A wise once said that if you want to know the future of a nation visit it's schools. Until Nigerian schools are restored and teachers are respected and treated well, Nigeria will go NOWHERE. NOWHERE.
