Photos: Murdered APC chieftain, his wife and son laid to rest in Rivers State

A chieftain of the APC who was murdered by yet to be identified assassins in Rivers state has been laid to rest along with his wife and son. Late Comr Franklin Obi, the Ward 4 chairman in Omoku, Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni LGA of Rivers State, was gruesomely murdered alongside his wife Iheoma Obi and their 18-year-old son, Bestman Obi, in March 2016.

The gunmen who stormed the politician's residence at about 9pm were said to have beheaded him before killing members of his family...
