According to twitter user, @mzyeni, her older brother was kidnapped alongside 8 Landlords in Ikorodu yesterday July 10th. This comes after 6 people were killed by suspected Ijaw militants in two Ikorodu communities on June 24th. See more of her tweets after the cut....

I have always maintained that instability in the Niger Delta has consequences for Nigeria as the perpetrators of the instability get more emboldened by the lack of action against their evil deeds. In fact they received amnesty or grace plus jara for causing wahala.
