    It makes you purge. Dehydrates you. When you stop taking it, the weight returns.
    You loose water initially. Weight loss is 90% diet adjustment and 10% exercise. some people na rice be their problem. Others na quantity, others alcohol. Berrq check yourself before you wreck yourself.
