Doesn't Dino Melaye & Governor Okorocha kinda look alike in this photo?

Senator Dino Melaye, a law maker and member of the 8th National Assembly representing Kogi West kinda shares resemblance with the Governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha...at least in this photo. Your thoughts?
