Last week, some men suspected to be Fulani herdsmen, stormed the farmland of former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Olu Falae, killing a security guard during their attack. The security guard named Dele Ige said to be a member of the Oodua's Peoples Congress, had queried the intrusion of the herdsmen on Falae's Ilado farmland when he was attacked and then killed. Pictured above is the Ondo state governor, Olusegun Mimiko paying a condolence visit to the wife, mother and little children of the deceased. Another photo after the cut.

ReplyDeleteSo sad, Buhari has nothing to say about this fulani herdsmen and the evil they perpetuate, but when it gets to pipeline vandals, he's quick to speak. Which atrocity is more hurtful?? That of the pipeline vandals or those of the fulani herdsmen? What happens to the lives cut short prematurely by fulani herdsmen on their daily rampage ?? What happens to the families left uncared for as life is snuffed out of their breadwinners in the most gruesome manner. This wickedness has to stop.
DeleteThis is heartbreaking
