4yr old girl victim narrates how her school proprietor raped her on several occasions (video)

This is one of the saddest things I've ever watched. 4 year old Nursery one pupil identified only as Choice narrated how she was allegedly raped by the proprietor of her school, a man named Mr. Elias Oyeke, who is 42 years old and Proprietor of Victory International School, Mararba, Nasarawa State.

Choice said the man raped her many times and warned not to tell anyone or she would be in trouble. Please watch the video after the cut...

If it's in America here, he will be shown to the public and will become a registered sex offender, before any other thing so as to keep others safe. I was really touced when I saw a fellow woman crying on the media 4 someone else's wickedness towards humanity and a Juvenille 4 dat matter.
