Vincent Enyeama shared this lovely photo with his wife with an Easter message to his fans. Some fans ignored the message and instead left comments on how old his bible looked compared to everything else that was new in the photo. He responded to the fans. Read the comments after the cut....

      For me it shows he has been studying his Bible not today but since forever.We all can relate to our mothers' bibles.

      If it is a new Bible , they will say he doesn't even touch it, that's why the Bible is still new and he is doing show off.

      My dad was used this to find out who has been obeying him and reading his bible whenever he travelled. The older bibles were the ones used often. Vincent studies his bible regularly that's why. All u brainless critics should swallow your voices

    Classic response. Due to the frequency of studying and making references to the concordant verses, the pages and external cover may seem old and ruffled. Whats the point having a brand new,glittering Bible without opening it and studying it daily?

    The Bible is not old as many people think. The only rough patches seen in the photo are papers stuck inside the Bible.

    The black stuff on the bottom side of the Bible seems to me a polythene bag. Look at the edges of the Bible, you will see that they are intact - straight, not roughen. The cover page is also in tact.

    SMH 4 this guy that said this. Like I am seriously dropping my head in shame If he is a Christian sha but well he quoted. A scripture, but anyone can. I can imagine how many days fasting and prayers u will do. when ever ur bible falls 4rm ur hand. Pure waste of time. Most Of us have some sort of attachment to our old bibles cos of some highlights on them or even Jottings, so even when we buy new ones, its difficult to let go. Heyyyn so u really think the look of his bible changes how God feels about him? A God who went all the way to the cross 4 u and I? Seriously? Is that how low u think of Him? V.ENYAMA God got u.
