Rivers State Commissioner for Water Resources, Ibibia Walter, abducted by gunmen

Rivers State Commissioner for Water Resources, Chief Ibibia Walter, was on his way to Okrika this morning to participate in the election when he was abducted by unknown gunmen, according to the PDP
at 3/19/2016 10:05:00 am
