Pregnant woman whose photo went viral supposedly gives birth to twins, friends say it's fake

A photo of a heavily pregnant woman, supposedly with twins, went viral earlier this week. On Friday, a Facebook user claimed the woman almost died from loss of blood during the birth of the twins adding that the twins weighed 8 pounds each. Well, friends of the pregnant girl called the Facebook user out,claiming her story was fake. Read the comments below:
