Photo: Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi leads the funeral prayer of Governor Ganduje's mother.

Kano State Governor's mother, Hajiya Fatima Ganduje was buried yesterday according to Islamic rites. The funeral prayer was led by the the Emir of Kano Muhammadu Sanusi II. In attendance are Kano State deputy Governor Prof. Hafiz ABubakar, Kano State Governor Abdullahi Unar Ganduje, Minister of interior Abdurrahman Dambazau, Minister of Water Resource Engr. Sulaiman Husaini Adamu, among others.
