Court denies Badeh’s bail application

A Federal High Court in Abuja today denied the bail application filed by former Chief of Defence Staff, Alex Badeh. Badeh is being detained by the EFCC over allegations of diverting N3.9billion Nigeria Airforce Funds while he was in office. He was arrested by EFCC operatives on February 8th. Badeh will be arraigned on March 7th.

  17. His son Alex Badeh Jnr should be arrested too. They just spend money and think that they can get away with it. Alex Badeh flies a private jet with his friends to Miami every 2 weeks to party infact these people need to be shot!
