Supreme court upholds election of Benue State Governor

The supreme court has upheld the election of Benue state governor, Samuel Ortom. In a ruling delivered by Justice Sylvester Nguta this morning, the court dismissed the appeal of Terhemen Tazoor, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate in the April 11, 2015 governorship election.
