Coach Sunday Oliseh is still undergoing therapy - NFF

Amaju Pinnick, President of the Nigeria Football Federation has said he is in contact with doctors treating Super Eagles coach, Sunday Oliseh and that the former Nigeria captain will soon be back in the country hale and hearty. Sunday Oliseh has been out of the country receiving treatment since leading the home based Super Eagles to a 2-0 win over Chad but couldn’t lead the team for the second leg as he was flown to Belgium for treatment.

“Oliseh is getting better. He is human and anybody can break down any time. I speak directly with the doctors and we are confident he will be back soon as he is still undergoing therapy. All he needs is a good rest,”
Oliseh is expected to be in back in action when the Super Eagles face Niger at the 2016 African Nations Championship on January 18.
