The senate has screened Abubakar Malami, SAN, a legal practitioner and former legal adviser of CPC.
During his presentation, Malami called for a review of the judicial system. He said the administration of Justice should be completed between a space of 180 days. He also said clear cut policies have not been established for prisoners. He was asked to take a bow and leave...
Toh.. Allah Ya ba da sa'a.

ReplyDeleteHmm
ReplyDeleteI agree with him about the review of judicial system.Court cases musnt exceed 3months if justice should prevail.Unnecessary procrastination gives room for corruption & twisting of the truth possible
ReplyDeleteOk
ReplyDeleteGood for him.

Yeah! Tak a bow and go normal business as usual. I wish them all d best.
ReplyDeletePlease what state he's he representing?
ReplyDeleteOkay
ReplyDeleteI was disappointed in Mr Malami. He failed to answer the questions asked intelligently. As an SAN his articulation on policies and steps in governance should be top notch. However, not only was he jittery, he kept referring to fictional bills he 'intends' to submit to the senate. I daresay he will be a failure if elected Minister of Justice.
