Serena Williams loses semi final game & Drake gets the blame for it

Serena Williams lost the semi final to unseeded Roberta Vinci who ended up winning the match in three sets. The match was very intense and it had Serena yelling after each shot she won.

Then Roberta at one point threw her hands up when she won and basically was taunting the crowd because everyone was cheering only for Serena.


Drake's song "Hold On, We're Going Home." Kept playing while Serena played.
Drake looked happy and was laughing and smiling when the song came on.

Serena's loss, however, is going to take a lot more to get over, as she was on her way to becoming only the sixth player in history to win all four grand slams in a year.

Not surprisingly, it didn't take long for the Drake backlash to begin.

    It's a stupid conclusion. So a successful woman can't have a love life? That ugly gremlin of a Vinci caught my girl Re on a bad day. She got lucky. If age doesn't set in next season, Queen Re will surpass this year's success either by tying/stripping Steffi Graf of her majors record or getting the calendar year grand slam. For the US Open semi, Re let her mind get in her own way by thinking about the outcome instead of taming it to get through the process. Hopefully, she concquers those demons by the Australian Open. And to you who will attack me for calling Vinci unattractive, I return your insults/curses back to sender in advance. She IS terribly hard on the eyes plus she pissed me off for taking out my girl Re.

    I wonder why she is ranked world no.43, i watched the match and i can say she is indeed good. Serena played good also and i wished she had won but i think its a good thing. A European should win the US open tournament this time around.

    what a dumb posit from people, don't they want Drake to support his woman? Drake was there cheering on when Serena won at Wimbledon and Cincinnati, Serena lost to too much pressure placed on her shoulders and she gave in to nerves.......She's gonna come blasting next year, no one can take away the fact that Serena and Venus have redefined the women's game and they have rewritten the female tennis history.

    It's laughable to blame Drake for serena's defeat. Victory comes with discipline . Serena has been hanging out on dates perhaps distracted and lost concentration she had that brought her victory in the past.
