Internally Displaced persons from various camps in Abuja are currently staging a protest at the headquarters of the National Human Rights Commission NHRC in Abuja. They are protesting their poor living conditions at their various camps. More pics after the cut...

  23. The Boko Boys called this mess. Now the Nigeria which is seriously face with the problem of corruption Ian to take care of these people. Don't we know that even if 10# is allocated to that camp, some big men will deduct 9# and send 1# across?

    Its unfortunate that these people are held hostage in their own country.

  56. Rubbish! These people are even lucky they have a govt of northern agenda. When Nigerian Army destroyed our homes, farmlands and raped our wives and sisters from 1967 -1970 who came to our rescue?
