    What recapture? What territory?

    Buhari and northern leaders SECRETLY negotiated and granted amnesty to Boko Haram so that Boko Haram doesn't reveal that their paymasters are APC leaders. The negotiations were secret because y'all will want to know the identities of the individuals representing Boko Haram fighters and those representing Boko Haram sponsors.

    Buhari secretly negotiated with Boko Haram, and Boko Haram are being decommissioned, but to give Buhari some credibility, it has to be disguised as "surrender," so as to not expose Buhari's involvement with Boko Haram. Boko Haram is being decommissioned because Buhari got what he wanted and no longer needs Boko Haram.

    Y'all are mumu. Wake up.

    BUHARI AND APC HAVE FOOLED ALL OF YOU.
