How do you smoke weed while carrying your 1 year old child & post it online?

That's what rapper Rich Homie Quan did. He SnapChatted himself smoking a blunt with his 1 year old baby sitting on his lap and now the Georgia Department of Child and Family services have opened an investigation into his fitness at a parent…

According to TMZ, just hours after he shared the video, Georgia Child Protective Services and the Fulton County Police department both viewed the video and are working together to determine if laws have been broken and if the child is in danger.

      Kaffy posing half nude is her own wahala....it does not affect the development of her kid. This guy here on the other hand is getting that baby high without the baby's choice! Now that will definitely affect the brain development of that baby gbabee!!! He needs to b arrested! I have no issues with weed smokers (I smoke weed too, and I'm a mum) but don't do it where your baby is! Nothing wrong waiting for your baby to sleep then u going outside to have a smoke....as long as the smoke does not get into the house. You come back in and have a shower, game over!
