Do u know that the radiations emitted from the refinery and a fertilizer plant will reduce your life span if u live close to a refinery or that the future congestion of tankers and trailers from the ports will make driving to your house a nightmare if u close to their location... Dear Nigerians dont buy a land for residential at close proximity to industrial areas its like investing in a coffin, it comes will only bad news
