A statement by the Deputy Director in charge of press at the Ministry of Power, Timothy Oyedeji, said the technical team, led by Engr. Peter Ewesor of Nigeria Electricity Management Services Limited, (NEMSL) arrived Lagos State yesterday September 10th and is already at the scene of the incident. The statement in part reads..
“At the end of the exercise, the team is expected to find out what actually went wrong and which groups or individuals are culpable after which appropriate sanction will be forwarded to the regulator, Nigeria Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC). Furthermore, the report will also contain future mitigating measures that would prevent future occurrence of this kind of fatalities.”
I wish technical team will success to investigate

ReplyDeleteBad leaders @ evry sphere of our society. D life of a student is lost, no official statement frm d school administration, no convincing strategy put in place to calm frayed nerves nd no necesary action taken either to curtail d recurrence of such. Trust me heads will roll as far as the government of d day is concerned.
ReplyDeletemedicine after death, Next please

My condolence goes to her family
ReplyDeleteFuck all of them and their stupid sanctions; we complained a lot of times about that same pole that killed her, how it sparked sooo many times and nothing was done until it took a students life and now they are taking about sanctions. I pray her family sues the for everything they are worth

ReplyDeleteI love Omotola. Most celebrities don't bother to get involved in social issues. They just go from one event to another
ReplyDeleteIf Omotola didn't talk, FG would not have done anything.
