Ben Bruce reacts to a court's decision to prevent Stella Oduah from being investigated

Two days ago, news broke that Justice Mohammed Yunusa of a Federal High Court in Lagos has restrained the EFCC, ICPC & others from inviting the former Minister of Aviation, Stella Oduah, for questioning. Well, it seems the Senator had something to say about it...

The courts is the last hope of the common man.

Kashamu would have been kidnapped by over zealous govt. agents if not for the courts.

  28. I think my respect for Mr Bruce is increasing by the day. This he tweeted in a subtle protest against the court ruling. This ruling is supposed to favour a member of his own party, but he wasn't having none of that. I can see him going really far in this country and beyond if he continues to stand by the truth, irrespective of who is involved. President Buhari, you have an ally in this man. Please work closely with him.

  30. they dont have the power to do so. How a judge could make this ruling is truly baffling. this can only happen in an illiterate country where people dont know how the legal system is supoosed to work

  48. Since nothing is impossble with some of our foolish 'learned' judges, the anti-corruption agencies should look for another judge (and there must be one also) who should rule that she be executed within 1 hour without further appeal!

  64. It's the power of Jazz! I remember when I was in secondary school and we had a judge who came to lecture us during a career day. She mentioned how Nigerians would literarily wear jazz under their attires to show up in the court just to magically hypnotize the thinking of the jury and get a favorable judgement.
