So is this guy straight or a homosexual? (photo)

He spent the night with popular transgender Shauna Brooks who shared the pic on her instagram page. Shauna was born male but removed his eggplant & got artificial vagina. Don't know if it works like a real woman's vagina works. Anyway, if this guy is messing with her, is he straight or gay?
