According to the Executive Producer of Sunrise Sports, Toyin Ibitoye, this devastation happened yesterday somewhere in Owerri, Imo State. More photos after the cut..

  13. This is commonplace in most parts of the South-east, our topography is just susceptible to erosion.

  14. This is a problem that can be solved by geotechnical engineers. One problemm is that our leaders are so mediocre that when the hear ecological fund, they think its free money and divert it. If a state like california which seats on a massive fault line can still build roads on mountainous terrain then we as a people can organize ourselves to confront this lesser problem.
